How do I make a booking?
You can book through our contact form on this website, call us directly, or send us an email. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, though we accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
We have children travelling with us. Can you provide child or infant seats?
Yes, we can provide child and infant seats upon request at no additional charge. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can ensure the appropriate seats are fitted securely in your vehicle.
What is your waiting time policy for passenger vehicles?
For airport pickups, we offer 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the flight's actual landing time. For all other bookings, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from the scheduled pickup time.
Can I request a specific chauffeur?
Absolutely. If you have a preferred chauffeur from a previous journey, we are happy to accommodate your request subject to availability. Many of our corporate clients enjoy the consistency of working with the same driver.
How are your chauffeurs trained?
All our chauffeurs undergo rigorous training covering advanced driving techniques, first aid, customer service excellence, and security protocols. They hold enhanced DBS checks and are licensed by Transport for London.
