Your chauffeur will meet you inside the arrivals hall, typically near the designated meeting point or airport information desk, holding a name board. Full meeting instructions are provided in your booking confirmation.
How much waiting time is included with airport pickups?
For airport pickups, we include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the flight's actual landing time. This gives you ample time to clear immigration, collect luggage and meet your chauffeur.
How far in advance should I book an airport transfer?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. We do accommodate last-minute and same-day requests whenever possible, particularly for regular clients.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
If your flight is cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible. We will adjust or cancel your booking without charge, provided you notify us before the chauffeur is dispatched.
