Booking & Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

Service Standards

We are committed to providing punctual, professional, and safe chauffeur services. All our vehicles are fully insured and regularly maintained to the highest standards.

Liability

Jacob Miles shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We carry appropriate insurance for passenger safety.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed upon booking confirmation. Corporate accounts are available for regular clients upon application.
