For North Terminal arrivals, your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall on the ground floor. For South Terminal arrivals, the meeting point is located in the main arrivals area. In both cases, your chauffeur will assist with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle, which will be waiting in the designated pickup area just outside the terminal.

To Mayfair and the West End, the typical journey time is 60 to 80 minutes via the M23 and A23. To the City of London, expect 70 to 90 minutes. To Canary Wharf, allow 70 to 90 minutes. To Westminster, the journey is usually 60 to 80 minutes.
