Meeting Your Chauffeur
For arrivals, our chauffeur will monitor your train's live arrival status and meet you at a pre-arranged point within the station — typically the main concourse or a specified exit. The chauffeur will contact you by phone as your train approaches, and will assist with your luggage to the vehicle. For departures, the chauffeur will drop you as close to the relevant entrance as the station's access arrangements allow, helping with luggage from the vehicle.
Luggage and Passenger Care
Our chauffeurs are trained to assist with luggage, from heavy suitcases to delicate items. The Mercedes S-Class accommodates up to three passengers with three large cases, while the Mercedes V-Class carries up to seven passengers with seven large cases. If you are travelling with more luggage than a standard saloon can accommodate, please let us know and we will arrange the appropriate vehicle.
Booking
To book a railway station transfer, please provide your station, train time and number if available, the number of passengers, and the amount of luggage. For Eurostar arrivals at St Pancras, please allow time for passport control and baggage reclaim when specifying your chauffeur meeting time.

What if my train is delayed?
We monitor live train arrivals using National Rail data. If your train is delayed, the chauffeur will adjust accordingly and wait for you at no additional charge within a reasonable waiting period.
Can you collect a group with lots of luggage?
Yes. Our Mercedes V-Class accommodates up to seven passengers with luggage. For larger groups or excessive luggage, we can arrange multiple vehicles — please let us know your requirements when booking.
