Olympia London
London
Jacob Miles provides private chauffeur transfers to and from Olympia London, the exhibition centre on Hammersmith Road in West Kensington. Our chauffeurs are experienced with event traffic in the area and will plan your route to avoid the worst of the congestion around the venue and the A4, collecting you from your home, hotel or office and delivering you close to the venue.
Arriving at Olympia London
Olympia London sits on Hammersmith Road in West Kensington, next to Kensington (Olympia) station. The venue hosts exhibitions, conferences and consumer shows throughout the year, and on busy days the surrounding streets and the A4 can be congested with limited parking. A chauffeur-driven arrival lets you step out close to the venue without navigating the one-way systems or the Tube. The final collection point will depend on the venue's event-day traffic and access arrangements and will be confirmed with the passenger before travel.
Exhibition Traffic and Timing
Major exhibitions bring large numbers of visitors to West Kensington, and the A4 Cromwell Road, Hammersmith Road and the surrounding streets can be slow around opening and closing times. We recommend booking your outward journey to arrive before the main rush and agreeing your return collection time in advance. For multi-day events we can provide a chauffeur on standby or arrange fixed-time transfers each day.
Nearby Areas and Hotels
Olympia is in West Kensington, close to Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush and Kensington, and a short drive from the West End. Hotels we serve that are convenient for visitors attending Olympia include The Berkeley in Knightsbridge, a short drive to the east. We can collect you from your hotel and return you there after your event.
Airport and Station Connections
Heathrow is the closest major airport to West Kensington, reached via the M4 and the A4, while Gatwick serves routes from the south. Paddington and Victoria are useful mainline stations for connections into west London. We can combine an airport or station transfer with your onward journey to the venue, with flight and arrival-time monitoring built into the booking.
Recommended Vehicles
Exhibitors and visitors at Olympia often travel with stand materials, sample cases and luggage. The Mercedes E-Class or S-Class is a refined choice for individuals and couples, while the Mercedes V-Class carries trade-stand teams with room for exhibition cargo. Tell us your full luggage details when you book.
