Heathrow's Four Terminals
Heathrow has four passenger terminals: Terminal 2, Terminal 3, Terminal 4 and Terminal 5. Each terminal has its own arrivals area, and your chauffeur will meet you in the correct terminal based on your flight information.
Terminal 2: The Queen's Terminal
Terminal 2, also known as The Queen's Terminal, handles Star Alliance airlines including Lufthansa, United and Air Canada. Your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall after you exit customs.
Terminal 3
Terminal 3 handles a mix of long-haul and short-haul airlines including Emirates, Qatar Airways and Virgin Atlantic. The arrivals area is on the ground floor, and your chauffeur will wait with a name board near the exit.
Terminal 4
Terminal 4 is located on the south side of the airport and primarily handles SkyTeam airlines including Air France, KLM and Delta. Transfer times to Central London are slightly longer from Terminal 4.
Terminal 5: British Airways
Terminal 5 is the home of British Airways. It is the largest terminal at Heathrow and has its own dedicated arrivals area. Your chauffeur will meet you in the Terminal 5 arrivals hall after you exit customs.
